A one day or two day a week beginning girls' gymnastics class designed for girls with little or no gymnastics experience. Students are introduced to basic skills on : bars, beam, floor, vault, and trampoline. |

An advanced beginner class, two days a week, for girls who have these accomplished skills: cartwheels, round offs, back bend kick over, pull over, back hip circle and squat on vaulting table. Class is introduced to strength and flexibility conditioning. |

Students must have these accomplished skills: cartwheels(both sides), round offs, back walkover, back handspring, pull over, back hip circle, front hip circle, cartwheel (low beam), bounce to handstand on vaulting table. Includes, strength and flexibility conditioning. |

An advanced class for girls that meets two days a week. Students must have these accomplished skills: round off with multiple back handsprings, front tumbling: front handspring, front tuck. Cartwheel on high beam, glide kip on bars, front handspring on vaulting table. Includes strength and flexibility conditioning. |
