cs 2 Coach Sarah

To me I believe that gymnastics instills a foundation of confidence, strength, and determination, not only in the gym but in everyday life as well.  I was 3 years old when I started gymnastics in Colorado Springs and trained for thirteen years.  When I retired from gymnastics, I was a USAG level 9.  My favorite event was floor; I loved tumbling and dancing, but the event that I was strongest on was bars.  I won 1st place on bars in the state of Colorado, qualifying me to compete at regionals.  Without gymnastics, I would not be the courageous, athletic, and strong -minded person I am today.  Gymnastics continues to positively affect me, and I love being a coach and getting to pass down what I have learned to me students.

Coach Kidron Coach Kidron

Coach Kidron is from Lakeville, Minnesota, which is where she first started doing gymnastics.  She competed at Rosemount High School and was captain of her team for two years.  She began coaching at the age of 15 for the Rosemount Community Education program.  Coach Kidron then moved to Marquette, Michigan to attended Northern Michigan University and studied entrepreneurship.  While in college, she coached gymnastics at a competitive gym for 4 years.  During her coaching experiences, Kidron has taught parent assisted classes, preschool gymnastics, girls' levels 1-4, boys beginners, pre-team, tumbling, special needs classes, preschool lessons and more.  Kidron also grew up dancing and has experience choreographing floor routines, dance shows and theatrical productions.
